Trusty Bandit

Fitted a 180 55 Z 17 Pirelli Sport Demon GT onto this trusty Suzuki Bandit in Burton On Trent. Its always worth considering paying a little extra for a GT tyre, because in my experience riders are getting well over a 1000 miles more usage out of these compared to the standard same tyre. As you can see from the tread pattern it has got the menacing demon pattern ! #SuzukiBandit #Pirelli

Nice Bike !

Had this Triumph Speed Triple job to do in Solihull, Birmingham. The guy had a couple of Pirelli Supercorsa tyres fitted. They are at the upper end of the budget scale, but I think they are definitely worth it, especially on 1 litre plus bikes. Unlike a car, youve only got two wheels in contact with the road so the more help you can get the better in my eyes ! As you can see from pictures the Triumph Speed Triple has only got one swing arm, so my trusted paddock stand came in

Fitting Alloy Wheel Rim Protectors

Its been a while since ive fitted any of these so i thought i would put a quick blog on how I fit them. I went to one of my Blackcircles jobs that was in Stourbridge, West Midlands, to fit a couple of 185/55V16 Pirelli tyres onto a Honda Jazz. The protectors work well as in stopping scuffs on your alloys, but they can be a little awkward to fit. So you fit the new tyre as normal, but before you inflate it insert the rim protector onto the wheel rim. Try and hold it in place b

Two jobs in one !

These are the kind of jobs I love. Customer wants 2 tyres on their Honda CRV and 1 tyre on their Triumph T595. This means i can get 2 jobs done in half the time and reducing fuel costs. As you can see from pictures i used an air jack for removing the wheels on the CRV, these are alot lighter than trolley jacks so hopefully I wont pull my back out lifting this in and out of van :) The bike only had a single swing arm so my centre paddock stand came in very useful today. I used
